The management of the Federal University Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE) notifies all applicants who applied to FUOYE in the UTME of 2022 that the admission screening registration process has commenced for the academic year 2022–2023, which will run from Monday, August 15, to Sunday, September 4, 2022. The application fee for the screening exercise is #2000.

ABOUT THE INSTITUTION
One of the nine Federal Universities established by the Federal Government of Nigeria was Federal University Oye, Ekiti, which is located within the Oye community. This was done in accordance with an executive order issued by the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, His Excellency, Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, GCFR. Professor Chinedu Ostadinma Nebo, OON, the founding vice chancellor of Federal University Oye-Ekiti, oversees its two campuses in Oye-Ekiti and Ikole-Ekiti, which together include 51 departments and 8 faculties.
- Candidates who applied to Federal University Oye Ekiti and obtained UTME score of 150 and above are eligible for screening.
- All candidates must possess a minimum of five ‘O’ Level credits (including English Language and Mathematics) obtained at not more than two sittings in subjects relevant to their proposed courses.[check screening portal HERE for subject requirements].
- In addition to item (ii) above, Direct Entry candidates must possess at least two (2) A’ Level (or its equivalent) passes in relevant subjects, or possess ND (Upper Credit), NCE (Credit Pass), HND (minimum of Lower Credit), or possess a good first degree in another field, as the case may be.
